These terms apply to work requested from JSB Truck and Trailer Repair, including mobile, roadside, and shop service.

Repair work is quoted and billed according to the job performed, including labour, parts, travel, and any after-hours premium discussed at dispatch. Estimates can change if extra damage or extra work is found after inspection. You will be told before extra work proceeds when it is practical to do so.
Arrival times depend on traffic, weather, distance, and current call volume. A typical metro Calgary window is about 45 minutes and is not a guaranteed appointment. You are responsible for a safe work area on the shoulder, in a yard, or at a dock.
Parts follow the supplier or manufacturer warranty where one exists. Labour warranty, if offered on a given job, will be stated on the work order. Warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, unrelated failures, or work done by another shop after we leave the unit.
Payment is due as stated on the invoice. Unpaid accounts may be referred for collection. You remain responsible for the unit, cargo, and any towing if we cannot complete a repair on site.
