How JSB Truck and Trailer Repair handles contact details you send through this site or by phone.
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, phone number, email, service type, and the location or symptoms you type in. If you call +1 403-909-4626, dispatch may write down the same kind of details so a technician can find you.
That information is used only to return your call, quote a job, send a tech, or follow up on the repair. We do not sell customer lists. Form submissions are sent to dispatch at rehmatroadservice@gmail.com.
Dispatch and technicians who need the pin, unit details, or billing information. Email and form tools (such as FormSubmit or Google Apps Script, if connected) process the message so it can reach us. Those providers have their own privacy terms.
We keep job and contact records as long as needed for the repair, invoicing, warranty, and ordinary business records. Ask dispatch if you want a record updated or removed where the law allows.
The site may use a service worker for faster loading. We do not run advertising trackers on these pages. Server or host logs may record technical data such as IP address in the normal way a host keeps logs.
